/ppThis role focuses on meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support to /ppensure a seamless platform experience.
/ph3bYour Typical Day /b /h3ulliQA Execution Manual Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates.
/liliWorkflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process.
/liliCustomer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers.
/liliCross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend,
and AI teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements.
/liliRelease Approval: Verify and sign off on individual features before they are deployed to production.
/liliExperience: 1-2 years in Quality Assurance, software testing, or advanced technical support roles (SaaS experience is a plus).
/liliAttention to Detail: A near?perfectionist approach to identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
/liliAnalytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and translate vague user feedback into clear technical requirements.
/liliEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields with a strong process?oriented mindset.
