/p h3Job Description /h3 ul liProvide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
/li liPerform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
/li liManage personal spare parts inventory.
/li liEnsure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
/li liUse SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liResidence in Bergamo, Lombardy.
/li liTechnical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
/li liPrevious experience as a Field Service Engineer.
/li liStrong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
/li liGood command of English (minimum B1 level).
/li liPrevious experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.
