ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an engaged and passionate bDemand Planner /b to join our Integrated Business Planning Function, in our HQ in Milan, Italy. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pThe candidate will support demand forecasting and supply planning activities for carry over products, helping to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. Through data analysis and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the role will contribute to aligning market demand with production and distribution plans. /p h3In Particular, The Demand Planner Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liResponsible for planning and analyzing demand forecasts to optimize the sourcing and distribution of our carry over products /li liWork closely with the production department, planning and merchandising to ensure efficient supply flow and meet market demand /li liAnalyze and interpret historical sales data to develop accurate forecasts of future demand /li liCollaborate with the region teams to gather insights on market trends, planned promotions, and other factors influencing demand /li liUse statistical models to generate short-term and long-term demand forecasts /li liContinuously monitor forecast performance against actual sales and make any necessary adjustments or updates /li liCollaborate with the production team to plan production capacity and ensure proper resource allocation /li liAnalyze inventory data to identify optimal stock levels and minimize excesses or shortages /li liGenerate regular reports on forecast performance, stock turnover,
