Precision, problem-solving ability in dynamic environments, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach are essential to join our team. /p pThe position can be based in Rome or Milan; however, availability to travel and work on construction sites across Italy is required. This includes active project sites such as our current project in Perugia, as well as future assignments in other locations. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site activities related to mechanical, electrical, and special systems, ensuring project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting the management and daily monitoring of site activities and the operational direction of MEP systems. /li liContinuous interaction with and support to key on-site stakeholders, including the Site Manager, Construction Management, and Technical Management. /li liAssisting in the evaluation and selection of MEP subcontractors and analyzing technical proposals. /li liSupporting final testing and commissioning, and supervising all phases of system handover to the client. /li liAssisting in the preparation of key documents such as Work Progress Reports (SAL) and managing variations during construction.
/li liSupervising, developing, and mentoring on-site project staff, and supporting work planning activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience (at least 15 years) in site supervision of MEP systems on complex projects. /li liExcellent command of both Italian and English. /li liAbility to read and interpret digital drawings and specialized technical documentation. /li /ul h3Compensation and Employment Terms /h3 pThe compensation and contractual terms will be defined based on the requirements of the position, as well as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, professional experience, and type of contractual engagement.
