pbr/ppbRegulatory Affairs Manager | Biocides Pest Control | Milan /b /ppbr/ppOur Client is an international company headquartered in Milan, a leader in the development and commercialization of biocides, insecticides for both professional and consumer use, and pest control solutions, with a strong focus on naturally derived and sustainable formulations.
/ppTo strengthen its regulatory structure, we are seeking a bRegulatory Affairs Manager /b who will play a key role in regulatory compliance and in supporting the development and market introduction of new products.
/ppbThe Role /b /ppReporting to the Group Technical Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of regulatory activities, ensuring full compliance of the biocidal product portfolio and supporting the business in product development and commercialization.
/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliEnsure regulatory compliance of the biocides and insecticides portfolio across relevant markets.
/liliMonitor and interpret European and national regulatory developments (BPR, REACH, CLP), assessing business impact and defining required actions.
/liliCoordinate preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers (authorizations, renewals, notifications, variations).
/liliManage relationships with regulatory authorities,



external consultants and industry associations.
/liliSupport and guide new product launches in close cooperation with RD, Quality, Production and Marketing/Commercial teams.
/liliCoordinate regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring ongoing compliance.
/liliRepresent the company in technical working groups and industry forums.
/li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline.
/liliSignificant experience in Regulatory Affairs within the biocides, chemical or related sectors.
/liliStrong knowledge of the European and Italian regulatory framework (BPR, REACH, CLP).
/liliProven experience managing regulatory dossiers and interacting with competent authorities.
/liliSolid cross-functional coordination skills and business-oriented mindset.
/liliExcellent technical writing and complex document management capabilities.
