The role is based in bGenova /b with availability for business travel across Italy. The SITE SUPERVISOR is the key figure responsible for organizing, managing, and operationally coordinating a construction site, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, project specifications, and above all, safety and environmental regulations. This role acts as the technical and organizational point of reference among contractors, workers, site management, and the client, overseeing materials, personnel, and resolving critical issues. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liPlanning and Organization Responsible for site setup, workflow planning, process management, weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling, allocation of equipment and machinery, and reporting. /li liCoordination Supervises personnel and subcontractors, ensuring integration and safety. /li liSafety (Legislative Decree 81/08) Ensures compliance with the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and the Operational Safety Plan (POS) by all companies, monitors the use of safety devices, and implements preventive measures. Acts as an interface with the Safety Coordinator (CSE). /li liTechnical and Contractual Management Liaises with the Site Manager, monitors execution according to project specifications, manages relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, prepares schedules and reports, and oversees work accounting.
/li liQuality and Environment Ensures compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations by all companies, monitoring adherence to current legislation. /li liResource and Equipment Management Controls materials (procurement and receipt), manages human resources and contractors, and optimizes the use of available resources and equipment. /li liProblem Solving Identifies and promptly addresses technical, operational, or logistical issues to prevent delays. /li liWork Progress Certification Responsible for accounting progress and authorizing monthly work progress statements (SAL). /li /ul h3Required Skills / Knowledge /h3 ul liProven experience in site supervision, ideally in signalling, infrastructure, or construction environments. /li liStrong knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08). /li liExperience managing contractors and subcontractors. /li liAbility to read and understand technical documentation and project specifications. /li liAvailability for national business travel. /li /ul h3Desired Skills / Knowledge /h3 ul liPrevious experience in the railway sector. /li liFamiliarity with work progress accounting processes (SAL). /li liKnowledge of quality and environmental procedures. /li /ul h3Education / Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent). /li liCertifications related to safety or site management. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liItalian: Fluent (Required). /li liEnglish: Basic to Intermediate (Preferred). /li /ul pAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello C3, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
