/p pInside the Legal Corporate Affairs Department in Rome, we are looking for a Legal Affairs specialist /p h3Mission /h3 pEnsure that every appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including intercompany, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights /p h3Activities /h3 ul liProvide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and intercompany agreements /li liProvide legal assistance to business units in relation to procurement activities, tenders,
and contractual documentation /li liLiaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Law /li liPreferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy /li li1-3 years' PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience in aerospace and defense sectors would be ideal /li liExcellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish) would be an asset /li liThe candidate shall demonstrate strong analytical skills, sense of urgency and the ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel.

This is followed by a more in-depth technical interview conducted together with the relevant Business team.
