ResponsabilitàCoordinate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet milestones
Define project plans (scope, schedule, budget, risk) with Project Controls
Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies, safety and environmental standards
Monitor progress, report to management, and manage resources efficiently
Lead contract and claims management per policies and agreements
Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services and materials
Act as primary customer contact and escalation point for issues
Ensure formal project closure and post-project reviews
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
Requisiti fondamentaliEngineering degree with strong technical foundation
8+ years in project management of medium-sized EPC projects
On-site construction experience in multinational environments
Experience with Electrical Systems (T&D;, Power Generation)
Familiarity with FIDIC and Italian Public Contracts Code
Fluent in English and Italian; proficient with MS Office, SAP, MS Project
Willingness to travel internationally (about 25%)
