ppDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /p h3Long-Term Planning Resource Management /h3 ul liDevelop quantitative projections for the RD pipeline, including development costs, resource requirements and associated investments.
/li liWork closely with Global Project Managers, Global Project Leads and other key RD stakeholders to develop robust short- and long-term workload forecasts.
/li liSupport RD headcount and resource planning based on projected workloads and pipeline requirements.
/li liPartner with Finance and RD Planning Control teams to ensure consistency between short- and long-term cost projections.
/li liContinuously improve RD long-term planning processes, methodologies and tools.
/li liDevelop and maintain standard planning assumptions using internal and external benchmarks, data and subject-matter expertise.
/li liEnsure alignment between RD costs, workload projections and bProbability of Technical and Regulatory Success (PTRS) /b assessments for internal projects and external opportunities.
/li liCollaborate with project teams and RD Performance Management to coordinate and maintain the project PTRS update process.
/li liEnsure the integrity, accuracy and ongoing maintenance of the bEnterprise Project Portfolio Management system (Planisware) /b and other reporting and business intelligence tools.
/li /ul h3Pipeline Reviews RD Strategy /h3 ul liSupport the development and ongoing refinement of the RD strategy and pipeline.
/li liDevelop robust quantitative analyses and forecasts to support pipeline reviews and strategic decision-making.
/li liEnsure long-term RD projections are accurately reflected within the relevant financial planning systems.




/li liSupport the development and maintenance of processes and tools used to assess and prioritise RD projects.
/li liWork closely with Global Strategy and Franchise teams to support portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions.
/li liProvide data-driven insights into pipeline composition, value, resource requirements and strategic opportunities.
/li /ul h3Project Business Cases Portfolio Management /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain standardised project business cases and project cards in line with evolving business requirements.
/li liSupport senior RD leadership in the preparation and execution of cross-functional portfolio and investment review meetings.
/li liCoordinate with key stakeholders to align assumptions, forecasts, resource requirements and strategic priorities.
/li liProvide reliable analyses on the value, composition and strategic outlook of the RD pipeline.
/li liTranslate complex portfolio and financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
/li /ul h3What you will need /h3 ul liDegree in bManagement Engineering, Business Economics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Development or a related discipline /b.
/li liAlternatively, a degree in a scientific discipline combined with an bMBA or significant relevant industry experience /b.
/li liPrevious experience within bpharmaceutical or biotech RD /b, Product Innovation, Portfolio Management,



RD Planning or a related function.
/li liStrong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, project management, portfolio management and performance management.
/li liProven experience in bRD strategy, portfolio planning, resource management or business planning /b within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
/li liStrong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with experience in forecasting, modelling and scenario analysis.
/li liAdvanced bMicrosoft Excel /b skills and confidence working with complex datasets and financial models.
/li liExperience working with Enterprise Project Portfolio Management systems, ERP platforms and Business Intelligence tools.
/li liStrong understanding of data analytics and the opportunities presented by digital transformation.
/li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across RD, Finance, Strategy and other functions.
/li liStrategic and commercially minded approach, with a strong focus on value creation and operational efficiency.
/li liAbility to work effectively in a complex, international and fast-paced environment.
/li libFluent English /b.
/li /ul h3Desirable Experience /h3 ul liPrevious experience working with bPlanisware and/or SAP /b.
/li liExperience with bPower BI /b or similar Business Intelligence platforms.
/li liExperience developing predictive or optimisation models.
/li liKnowledge of programming languages or digital tools supporting data science and advanced analytics.
/li liExperience with bAI, machine learning or other advanced analytical methodologies /b would be an advantage.
