ppWe are looking for a bPMO Change Manager /b to join our bStrategy Transformation Department /b.
The successful candidate will support the governance and monitoring of the company's strategic initiatives portfolio, helping to ensure alignment with business priorities and successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization.
This role combines portfolio management and monitoring, organizational change management and stakeholder engagement activities, contributing to the execution of KRUK's strategic transformation journey.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3PMO - Portfolio Governance Monitoring /h3ulliSupport the governance and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organization.
/liliConsolidate portfolio information and ensure visibility of initiative status, milestones, risks and dependencies.
/liliPrepare executive reports, dashboards and portfolio reviews.
/liliEnsure consistency in the application of project and portfolio management methodologies and standards.
/li /ulh3Change Management Transformation Support /h3ulliSupport the implementation of change management activities associated with strategic initiatives.
/liliContribute to stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption plans.
/liliHelp monitor organizational readiness and adoption indicators.
/liliFacilitate workshops, alignment sessions and cross-functional meetings.
/liliPromote the adoption of new ways of working, governance models and transformation practices.
/li /ulh3Frameworks Improvement Capability Building /h3ulliContribute to the development and improvement of PMO and Change Management frameworks.
/liliSupport knowledge sharing and capability building initiatives across the organization.
/liliIdentify opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness and alignment.
/li /ulh3Experience And Competencies /h3ulli3-5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Consulting or similar environments.
/liliExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
/liliStrong knowledge of portfolio governance and organizational change management methologies (PMI, PROSCI, Kotter).
/liliAnalytical and reporting capabilities.
/liliExcellent communication and facilitation skills.
/liliAbility to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
/liliFluent Italian and English.
/li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Engineering or relevant fields.
Nice to Have: PROSCI or ACMP certification; PfMP®, PgMP® or other PMI certification.
