and responsiveness).Help ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to produce maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost, by designing and leading the realization of line service carts and workstations.Work closely with production personnel to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls.Monitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient use of resources, and robustness of results with the aim of providing timely feedback to the involved structures.Act as a facilitator of change management, implementation of major improvement programs, and effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators. xysqume EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.PERSONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:Good knowledge of Lean principles and CAD softwareCommunication and interpersonal skillsProblem solving skillsOrganizational skills and proactivityAbility to work in a teamKnowledge of line balancing and ergonomic principles#J-18808-Ljbffr
