Your work will help transform industrial data into reliable, scalable and valuable digital products for our customers. /p pWorking within our Digital Application Solutions team, you’ll combine strong hands-on backend engineering skills with a product-focused mindset, owning capabilities from service design and data flows through testing, delivery and production. You’ll have the autonomy to solve complex engineering challenges while continuously improving the quality and reliability of our solutions. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDesign, build and evolve production-grade backend services for industrial IoT solutions using Go, MQTT, Kafka and modern distributed-system patterns /li liOwn backend capabilities end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to automated testing, deployment, observability and production reliability /li liTranslate product and customer needs into pragmatic technical solutions, collaborating across engineering teams and service boundaries /li liBuild and improve event-driven data flows and integrations that reliably process and expose industrial IoT data /li liDrive engineering quality through thoughtful design, code reviews,
test automation, secure development practices and CI/CD /li liInvestigate operational challenges and continuously improve the performance, scalability and maintainability of our backend services /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liStrong hands-on experience developing production software in Go within complex, real-world environments /li liExperience designing distributed or IoT backend services, including MQTT; experience with Kafka and Sparkplug B is considered an advantage /li liHands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD and containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes /li liStrong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset, with the ability to take solutions from design through deployment and production /li liGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product and technical teams /li liExperience with GitOps, TypeScript, React or structured AI-assisted engineering practices is considered an advantage /li /ul h3What You'll Get From Us /h3 ul liWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. /li liYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy,
