This role requires broad systems expertise in embedded software platforms and infotainment subsystems (Displays, Touch Interfaces, Cameras, Audio, Connectivity) with hands-on debugging across Bootloaders, Operating Systems (QNX, Linux, Android) & Hypervisors, Middleware stacks, Diagnostics frameworks, HPC SoC platforms Flashing tools and FOTA processes. The engineer will act as a first responder in production environments, driving rapid issue resolution and ensuring system readiness for vehicle integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDebug and triage embedded software issues in Plant, VHIL, and Production setupsTravel as required to production plants, test facilities to support on-site issue resolutionSupport system bring-up and troubleshooting of bootloaders, OS, hypervisors, middleware stacks, and diagnosticsDebug and validate infotainment peripherals and connectivity subsystems, includingTouch Interfaces – driver bring-up, calibration, responsiveness, and UI integrationAudio – HAL customization, DSP integration, routing, amplifiers, codecsBTWiFi – connectivity stacks, pairing, diagnostics, integrationRadio Tuners – AMFM, DAB, SXM, tuner HAL and middleware integrationUSB and Automotive Ethernet subsystems.Support diagnostic flashing processes (UDS-based flashing, DoIP-based flashing, plant reprogramming workflows)Collaborate with FOTA teams to debug Firmware Over-The-Air update mechanisms, including campaign execution, partial updates, and rollback handlingDevelop and maintain toolsscripts for log capture, automated debugging,
