Salary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent) , in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria). For part-time positions, the salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed working hours.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Type of Contract: Tempo det. TEMPO PARZIALE

Main duties:

- To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role:

- To maximize sales for the store;
- To develop enduring relationships with clients;
- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;
- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;




- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
- To handle returns of merchandise;
- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
- To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;
- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
- To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.

The Candidate:

- Fluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;
- Retail or service industry experience;
- Great customer service and people skills;
- Ability to communicate and inspire customers store colleagues;
- Good standard of numeracy and problem solving;
- Ability to work towards goals;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Dynamic and creative.
