This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards across our stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity. /ph3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h31. Optimization of operational processes /h3ulliIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while respecting established standards /liliCollaborating with store teams to implement practical and consistent solutions /liliMonitoring HACCP and Food Safety software and resolving any issues /li /ulh33. Training and staff development /h3ulliOrganizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating procedures /liliCollecting feedback through post-training surveys /liliDrafting reports on training session costs /liliCollaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify opportunities for training improvement /liliAnalyzing KPIs and metrics, including:ulliFood delivery performance indicators /liliMystery shopper ratings and NPS /li /ul /liliSupporting Area Managers in managing: /li /ulh35.
Marketing and communication support /h3ulliSupervising the release and correct display of marketing and communication materials in stores /liliCollaborating with the Marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects /li /ulh36. Special projects and innovation /h3ulliParticipating in research and innovation activities aimed at improving the customer experience /liliCollaborating with the E-learning team on the implementation of the training platform /liliOrganizing and managing menu reviews with the Product team and the Brand Standard Manager /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliExperience in the fast-casual, fast-food, food retail sector, or in managing brand standards and customer /liliexperience /liliFluent English, both written and spoken – mandatory /liliFrench language skills are a plus /liliStrong understanding of retail operations and store standards /liliAbility to operate effectively in dynamic and high-intensity operating environments /liliStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills /liliExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects /liliExcellent ability to work independently and as part of a team /liliAvailability for frequent travel /li /ulh3STRONG PLUS /h3ulli5+ years of experience in food retail, with proven experience managing or overseeing more than one store /liliPrevious experience in multi-site operations /liliExperience working in an international and/or rapidly scaling retail environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
