ppFor an independent Italian company operating in the fashion luxury sector, characterized by a strong brand identity and an entrepreneurial, family-owned management structure, we are looking for a Senior Finance Specialist. /ppBased in Milan, the company operates across major international markets and is currently going through a phase of growth and international expansion, with several new development projects underway. /ppThe successful candidate will join a dynamic, lean and entrepreneurial environment, taking on a transversal role with significant exposure to Senior Management. The position combines hands-on operational responsibilities with strategic support, contributing to the overall financial management and development of the company. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for: /pulliFinancial planning, budgeting and forecasting; /liliPreparation and analysis of financial and management reporting; /liliCash flow monitoring and treasury management; /liliManaging relationships with banks, financial institutions and external advisors; /liliSupervising accounting, tax activities and month/year-end closing processes; /liliMonitoring the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, including payment schedules and outstanding balances; /liliCost analysis and monitoring of variances against budget and forecast; /liliManaging and monitoring payment plans, instalment arrangements,



repayment schedules and tax deadlines; /liliSupporting Senior Management in financial and business assessments and strategic development projects; /liliImplementing and continuously improving financial processes, procedures and internal control tools. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulli5–6 years of experience in Finance, preferably gained within structured companies, entrepreneurial SMEs or consulting firms; /liliStrong knowledge of management control, treasury and accounting; /liliProven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting; /liliGood knowledge of tax-related matters and key financial and tax deadlines; /liliExperience managing complex financial situations and/or payment and instalment plans would be considered a strong plus; /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/financial management systems; /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ulpPrevious experience in the fashion luxury sector is a strong plus. Candidates coming from hospitality or consulting, who are interested in moving into an in-house role, will also be positively considered. /ppThe ideal candidate is autonomous, hands-on and pragmatic, with the ability to remain calm and focused when managing critical situations.
