Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more. /p pWe are looking for a Sales Area Manager for Italy and the Balkans. /p pThe purpose of this role is to drive business growth in the Italian and/or Balkans market by developing and strengthening relationships with customers and partners across both the Vending and Professional Coffee channels, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and the expansion of Evoca’s market presence. /p h3Your responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liManage and develop sales activities for both Vending and Professional Coffee product portfolios /li liIdentify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners /li liDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives /li liMonitor sales performance (Revenue, Margins, DSO, etc.) and propose corrective actions when needed /li liCollaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Aftersales and Sales Back Office teams to ensure outstanding customer support and business development /li liPrepare commercial offers, negotiate agreements, and manage sales discussions. /li liRepresent Evoca at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings in Italy and internationally /li liPrepare and analyse periodic reports on sales performance and business activities /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you’ll need to have: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Economics or a related field /li liProven experience in B2B sales roles /li liStrong commercial mindset with a proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships /li liExcellent negotiation,
communication, and presentation skills /li liProactive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liExperience in the vending, professional coffee or related industries /li liKnowledge of French or German /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liFull-time permanent contract with a multinational company that is a leader in its industry. /li liB2 classification under the Italian Metalworkers' Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria).
