If you are passionate about railway signalling systems and want to contribute to the long-term maintainability and supportability of critical railway technologies, this is your opportunity. /p pYou will join our Services Engineering team and contribute to the preparation, improvement and lifecycle management of signalling solutions deployed worldwide. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pAs a Service Engineer, you will support the team in differen key areas: /p h3Integrated Service Readiness (ISR) /h3 ul liDefine and improve maintenance documentation and procedures. /li liPrepare maintenance manuals, service documentation and training material. /li liSupport the definition of spare parts strategies and maintenance concepts. /li liContribute to customer and internal training readiness activities. /li liEnsure maintainability requirements are adequately captured during project execution. /li liPerform maintanability demonstration in Alstom Lab and on field /li /ul h3Product Lifecycle Obsolescence Management /h3 ul liSupport lifecycle management activities for signalling products and subsystems.
/li liAnalyze component obsolescence and identify replacement strategies. /li liCollaborate with Design Engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions and product evolution plans. /li liAssess impacts of hardware and software changes on maintenance activities. /li /ul h3Technical Support Service Engineering /h3 ul liSupport international technical assistance teams on signalling maintenance topics. /li liParticipate in root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives. /li liContribute to continuous improvement of maintenance practices and field feedback processes. /li liSupport RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) data collection and analysis. /li /ul h3Tender Service Development Activities /h3 ul liSupport preparation of service and maintenance offers. /li liAnalyze customer technical requirements. /li liContribute to maintenance concepts, service strategies and cost estimations. /li liSupport development of innovative service solutions. /li /ul h3Additional Opportunities /h3 ul liParticipate in tenders by analyzing technical requirements and preparing documentation. /li liCollaborate with engineering teams to improve diagnostic tools and maintainability requirements. /li liWork on innovative projects involving cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
