The position is based in Naples, Italy.MissionExecution of logistic and repairing process (on local/ regional project) in accordance with company procedure, quality standard and contractual SLAsAccountabilitiesEnsure the execution of the intervention starting, performing and closing of logistics and spares activities during warranty and after sales period (maintenance contracts)
according to specifiedService Level AgreementEnsure the definition and optimization of the spare parts stock to achieve contractual repair and replenishment time requirements during the warranty and after sales phasesEnsure the technical and logistic interface with the factory for the repairing processEnsure execution and monitoring of repairing contracts with suppliersEnsure the collection and aggregation failure data on the equipment during warranty and after sales phasesEnsure the issuing of repair Reporting activitiesRequired Skills/KnowledgeFrom 1 to 3 years Logistic experience could be a plus; Budgeting &cost controllingKnowledge of ERP (i.E. SAP), CRM (i.E.
