identify commercial synergies and support strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 pIn this cross-functional role, you will contribute to the development of the business by connecting people, processes and opportunities across the organization. /p pYour main responsibilities will include: /p ul liFoster alignment and collaboration between different Business Units, encouraging the sharing of best practices and the development of commercial synergies. /li liIdentify new business opportunities and support nationwide business development initiatives. /li liDevelop integrated commercial solutions by combining the expertise and services of multiple business lines. /li liCoordinate and support cross-functional strategic projects, monitoring progress, KPIs and business impact. /li liAnalyze market trends and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. /li liContribute to the optimization of commercial and operational processes, improving efficiency and collaboration across the organization. /li liBuild strong relationships with Area Managers, Key Account Managers and local teams, acting as a facilitator between Headquarters and branch operations. /li liEnsure effective communication and alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution. /li /ul h3Who we're looking for: /h3 pWe're looking for a highly collaborative, business-oriented professional who enjoys connecting people, ideas and opportunities. /p h3The ideal candidate has: /h3 ul liA degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field. /li liStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business and market data. /li liA genuine interest in business development, organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration. /li liExcellent organizational and project coordination skills. /li liOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build relationships across different functions and management levels. /li liA proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and the ability to influence without direct authority.
