We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real-world environments — developed in Genova, Italy. /ppbr / /ppstrongRole /strong /ppWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and strategically minded Head of Industrialization to lead the end-to-end industrialization of our humanoid robotic platforms across both Make and Buy scopes. /ppbr / /ppThis role will be responsible for transforming product designs and prototype builds into robust, repeatable, and scalable industrial systems. The successful candidate will lead the engineering functions responsible for component industrialization, assembly methods, manufacturing equipment, production processes, and supplier industrial development. /ppbr / /ppThe Head of Industrialization will establish and manage an integrated organization including: /pulliComponents Engineering; br / /liliMethods Engineering; br / /liliTools Machinery Engineering; br / /liliManufacturing Engineering; br / /liliSupplier Development Engineering; br / /li /ulpbr / /ppWorking closely with Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Test Engineering, and external industrial partners, the role will ensure that product, process, equipment, suppliers, and production capacity mature together from early development through SOP and production ramp-up. /ppbr / /ppThe position owns the industrialization governance model, ensuring that increases in production volume are authorized only when product maturity, supplier readiness, process capability, tooling, quality, and production capacity have been demonstrated through objective industrial gates. This reflects the planned integration of component, methods, equipment, manufacturing, and supplier-development responsibilities within a unified industrialization organization. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliDefine and execute the overall industrialization strategy for Generative Bionics’ humanoid robotic platforms, covering both internally manufactured products and externally sourced components and subsystems; br / /liliBuild, lead, and develop the Industrialization Engineering organization, defining responsibilities, interfaces, technical competencies, staffing plans, and operating processes; br / /liliTranslate company production targets and product roadmaps into industrial master plans covering process development, supplier development, tooling, equipment, facilities, capacity, quality, and capital investment; br / /liliEstablish a scalable industrialization operating model suitable for the transition from prototypes and pilot production to pre-series, serial production, and rate production; br / /liliAct as the primary industrial interface between Product Engineering,



Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external manufacturing partners; br / /liliDefine industrialization priorities, resources, budgets, and execution plans across multiple product-development programs. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline; br / /lili10+ years of progressive experience in Industrialization Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Supplier Development, or Advanced Manufacturing; br / /liliAt least 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams; br / /liliDemonstrated experience leading products from prototype or early development through pre-series, SOP, and production ramp-up; br / /liliStrong experience across both internal manufacturing and externally sourced components or subsystems; br / /liliProven ability to build and manage Industrialization Engineering organizations covering product, process, equipment, manufacturing, and supplier development; br / /liliExperience defining and implementing Make-or-Buy strategies; br / /liliStrong knowledge of DfM, DfA, DfT and DfC, APQP and PPAP, DFMEA and PFMEA, process flow and control plans, manufacturing process validation, process capability, production-system design, line balancing, capacity planning, industrial automation, lean manufacturing, structured problem solving; br / /liliExperience withcomplex electromechanical products in robotics, automotive, aerospace, e-mobility, industrial automation, electronics, medical devices, or other advanced manufacturing sectors; br / /liliExperience managing tooling, machinery, production lines, automation projects, FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation, and production acceptance; br / /liliStrong experience in supplier selection, supplier development, industrial audits, capacity assessments, PPAP, supplier recovery, and supplier ramp-up; br / /liliExperience managing significant CAPEX programs and preparing industrial business cases; br / /lili Strong understanding of precision mechanical assembly, electrical integration, controlled fastening, dispensing, press-fit processes, calibration, functional testing, and End-of-Line systems; br / /liliFamiliarity with CAD, PLM, ERP, MES, manufacturing-simulation,
