For PharmaSiena, an IMA Group company specializing in the design and manufacture of systems and machines for the aseptic filling of vials, bottles, and syringes, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Location: Siena, Italy.
The Role
- Manage projects in compliance with customer requirements (URS).
- Coordinate a dedicated project management team.
- Organize and lead regular project progress meetings, planning activities and managing project risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, managing change orders, and organizing and leading regular customer meetings.
- Keep the Sales department aligned on any project-related issues, jointly managing customer escalations when required.Plan, manage, and participate in all major project milestones, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and ensure closure of all post-FAT punch list items.
- Oversee the installation phase of projects through to contract completion, with the support of dedicated resources responsible for on-site coordination at the customer’s premises.
- Review and analyze project challenges and lessons learned, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
