Research and resolve accounting general ledger issues; /li liReconcile balance sheet accounts, develop and maintain detailed support schedules ensuring that all costs and revenues match with budget; /li liWork closely with Finance Director and Operation team to ensure timely and accurate posting to the general ledger. Track and maintain general ledger via coordination with accounts payable and CAPEX management approvals; /li liOversee daily bank reconciliations relating to the warehouse in coordination with Finance Administrator; /li liSupport all operational teams hosting monthly PL reviews and visibility to spend detail. Assist Finance Director and operating management to perform balance sheet flux analyses and PL bridging; /li liPerform self-audits to ensure that the G/L team acts in compliance with company policies and standards. Assist with annual audit and any other duties as assigned. /li /ul pbOTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES /b /p ul liComprehensive knowledge of financial accounting, audit and controlling practices; /li liStrong knowledge of computerized financial and accounting systems, and applications. Excel expertise required, Access preferred; /li liAbility to act with sense of urgency and ethically in a high-pressure role. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self-starter. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; /li libStrong verbal and written knowledge of the English language.
