- Leading, coaching, and stimulating the multidisciplinary team of product mechanical engineers and developers within product development projects.
- Developing and realizing product architectures for coffee machines, including requirement definition and development.
- Releasing products, components, and modules for mass production.
- Planning, executing, and steering the mechanical product development process through structured methods, while managing cross-functional aspects as a technical project leader.
- Identifying gaps and implementing improvements to elevate development approaches, supported by tools such as FMEA, risk assessments, etc.
