Si assicuri di leggere la descrizione completa qui sotto.Act as a finance business partner for business unit management, project execution, sales and operationsSupport operational and strategic decision-makingDrive financial performance of the project portfolio throughout its lifecycleManage project estimates, margin development, risks and opportunities, cash flow, currency exposure and revenue recognitionLead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, forecasting and analysis at business-unit levelPrepare clear management presentations and actionable insightsLead and develop the business unit project-controlling finance teamEnsure strong capabilities, clear roles, effective collaboration and continuous developmentEnsure compliance with Valmet financial processes, IFRS principles, accounting rules, internal controls and project financial governanceDrive continuous improvement of finance processes, management reporting and data-driven analysisParticipate in the business unit leadership team and global Tissue BA finance leadership teamRequirementsMaster's degree in finance, business administration, industrial management or another relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of solid finance leadership experiencePreferably experience in an international project business environment with global business partneringStrong understanding of project financials, including cost estimate, revenue recognition, margin analysis, cash flow, risk and opportunity management, currencies and project governanceProven ability to lead,
