etc.)Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategiesOptimize short- and long-term maintenance plansEnsure compliance with site maintenance procedures and policiesLiaise with inspection teams to optimize equipment shutdown periodsParticipate in daily PTW meetings and regular maintenance meetingsEnsure availability of spare parts and consumablesAnalyze breakdowns and production shortfallsContribute to maintenance budgeting activitiesEvaluate maintenance contractors’ performance and ensure HSE complianceMonitor and report maintenance KPIsQualificationsEducationEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplinesExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance activitiesAt least 5 years of experience in operational maintenance xysqume within Oil & Gas facilitiesTechnical SkillsStrong experience in industrial maintenance operationsGood knowledge of maintenance contracts managementFamiliarity with rotating equipment and reliability strategiesUnderstanding of HSE standards and industrial site requirementsLanguagesItalian would be considered a strong advantageAdditional InformationSector: Oil & GasContract Duration: 1 year renewableRotation Schedule: 28/28Working Hours: 12 hours/day#J-18808-Ljbffr
