You will use AI as a force multiplier across research, design, engineering, and delivery, while staying accountable for real client outcomes. /liliWe are looking for engineers who can demonstrate that they have designed and deployed consequential AI systems, exercised independent business acumen, critical thinking, and technical judgement under real constraints, and built things that others build on. The right candidate may be early in their career by conventional measures but advanced by the metrics that matter to us.
