Join us at Siemens Energy as you lead the Pre-Assembly Department at our Trento manufacturing site Imagine coordinating daily operations for power transformer components while ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in production activities. You will develop and empower shopfloor teams, driving performance across safety,
quality, delivery, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics to create a seamless production environment that meets customer commitments and factory priorities.
How You’ll Make an Impact

- Lead and coordinate all pre-assembly operations, ensuring alignment with production plans and factory priorities.
- Manage, coach, and develop shopfloor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Monitor daily progress, resolve bottlenecks, and allocate resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and promote a strong safety culture, contributing to a zero-harm environment.
