Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Salesforce Business Analyst & System Admin with a strong technical background to join our Delivery team and play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our sales and marketing processes by delivering tailored Salesforce solutions. In this position, you will work closely with Application Owners, Functional and Technical Leads, Salesforce administrators, analysts and developers, and key business stakeholders, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives.
Who You Are:

- A hands‑on Salesforce expert with proven experience across Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Able to work across both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
- Comfortable configuring Salesforce as part of a rich technical ecosystem interfacing, via MuleSoft, with Sales, Billing, Analytics and Operational systems
- At ease with rich and complex business requirements, comfortable switching contexts, and proactively managing your priorities
- Able to work with both internal and external resources
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and documentation skills (fluent in French is a plus)
What You’ll Do:

- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with the demand management team and the business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions, particularly on Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performance implementations
- Support test strategy, UAT, and release cycles
- Provide functional and technical guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform governance
