and ensuring outstanding brand execution both in-store and in the local market.You will turn commercial strategy into strong in-market execution by focusing on the following key priorities:Managing and growing wholesale accounts across Central & Southern Italy.Building strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers.Delivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA the seasonal Go-To-Market process, ensuring strong sell-in and sell-through.Identifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth.Ensuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution.Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.Supporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days, and community product and brand training to retail staff and partners.Acting as a brand ambassador,
