About the Role:
For our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in Alba (CN), we are looking for three Global Industrial Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Experts. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with a focus on the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar.
In this role, you will also coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions.
