Responsible for aligning demand requirements with production capabilities, the role optimizes resource utilization, inventory levels, and service performance. Collaborates closely with manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams, participating to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, flexibility, and operational efficiencyMain dutiesProduction Scheduling and Execution• Develop and maintain detailed short-term production schedules to ensure optimal sequencing and efficient use of production resources.• Manage work orders (raising, scheduling, closing).• Align daily and weekly production plans with demand priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability.• Monitor schedule adherence and proactively adjust plans in response to changes in demand, disruptions,
or operational constraints.• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule• Identify bottlenecks and support actions to improve line efficiency, throughput, and overall responsivenessMaterials and Inventory Coordination• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components by coordinating closely with suppliers and warehouse teams.• Monitor stock levels for critical materials and proactively escalate potential shortages impacting production.• Support inventory optimization by balancing production needs with stock levels, minimizing excess and obsolescence.Planning Support and Continuous Improvement• Maintain accuracy of planning data in ERP systems (lead times, production versions, scheduling parameters).• Support the Team in improving scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy.• Contribute to the stabilization and standa
