Primary Purpose:
The Platform Engineer III - End User Technology role will provide expertise in technical products and services that support associate technology needs in the workplace. Designing setup, installation, currency, and support flows for all technology in the end user space. They are expected to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment leveraging forward-thinking technical engineering expertise across end user computing and mobility technologies in support of our brands.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations includes Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA and Chicago, IL.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd Level technical support, setup and installation of End User Compute & Mobility Technology solutions across the corporate and retail landscape.
- Assist End User Technology team in testing new and existing products and services that support end user productivity across ADUSA. Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, and end point management tools are included in this scope.
- Accountable for designing the processes around setup, installation, patching, and support of end user compute and mobility devices and management solutions across corporate and retail locations.
