In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end order management process within a manufacturing environment, supporting project execution from quotation through shipment. You will collaborate across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer requirements, and achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, collaboration, and operational excellence. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support the quotation process by reviewing customer requirements, technical specifications, lead times, documentation needs, and production capabilities.
Manage the complete project execution process from order entry through final shipment, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project requirements.
Coordinate with planning, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet project milestones and delivery commitments.
Lead internal project kickoff meetings and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout project execution.
Review and coordinate customer documentation, comments, technical clarifications, and change requests while assessing schedule and cost impacts.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain timelines and operational performance.
Support customer meetings, inspections, and site visits, serving as a key point of contact for production-related activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and Emerson procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular status updates and actionable insights to stakeholders, helping drive informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project performance.
