Overview
As Contract Manager, you will provide legal and contract management expertise across a defined area, enabling compliance with commitments in tenders, contracts, subcontracts and partnerships. You contribute to bid preparation, drafting and negotiation of complex agreements, and monitor contract execution to safeguard interests. You will work within a multinational space-focused environment that delivers high-tech solutions for government and commercial space customers. Your role supports the company mission to enable space-based capabilities while managing risk and complexity.

Responsabilità
- provide legal and contract management support for tenders, contracts, subcontracts and partnerships
- prepare bids and draft contracts and subcontracts
- negotiate complex agreements and manage related partnerships
- monitor and ensure execution of contracts and subcontracts

Requisiti fondamentali
- 7–10 years of experience in contract management or a related legal/contracts role
- contract drafting
- negotiation
- tender preparation
- subcontract management
