ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST
We are looking for a/an Administration Specialist with experience in the management of the passive and active cycle. The resource will be placed within the administrative team and will be responsible for accounting processes related to purchasing, sales, bank management and accounting entries.
Responsibilities
- Recording of purchase and sales invoices
- Control and verification of purchase and sales orders
- Banking and financial operations management
- Issuing Ri.Ba. and other payment arrangements
- Management of collections and reminders
- First note entries and accounting records
- Support in closing the annual budget
Requirements
- Prior experience of at least two years in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in IT companies
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures, accounts payable cycle and accounts receivable cycle
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and computer tools
- Experience in handling collections and reminders
- Aptitude for problem solving, accuracy and reliability
