Drive business development activities and acquire new customers in the Italian utility‑scale solar market, while supporting business growth across the Balkans region.
Leverage your existing network within the utility‑scale solar industry to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Present Schletter's utility‑scale mounting structure solutions to customers and project partners.
Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature.
Coordinate quotation, proposal, and commercial processes in close collaboration with internal teams.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
Regularly visit customers, project sites, and industry partners across Italy and the Balkans.
Support market intelligence activities by monitoring industry developments, competitors, and customer needs.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share and strengthen Schletter's presence in Italy and selected Balkan markets.




Several years of successful sales or business development experience within the utility‑scale solar industry.
Strong existing network with EPCs, developers, IPPs, investors, or other key players in the Italian solar market.
Existing relationships within the Balkans solar market are considered a strong advantage.
Experience selling technical solutions or components for utility‑scale solar projects; experience with mounting structures is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in winning and developing customer relationships and large‑scale solar projects.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Italian (Native) and English (Professional); additional language(s) are a plus.
Self‑driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within Italy and the Balkans and meet customers.
