The Group Advanced analytics and Automation Solutions Unit is in charge of driving the execution of key Advanced Analytics projects at Group level, related both to AI-driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions, and support local BUs, where needed, to implement local projects; the unit is also responsible for designing,
implementing and continuously improving the library of central shared analytics / automation services available for the BUs through a central platform.
Text Analytics Specialist, in charge of designing, developing, continuously improving and managing, in collaboration with the various IT and internal structures, the Python-based library of re-usable text processing algorithms, including data extraction and text classification. The ideal candidate should have around 1-3 years of professional experience, be familiar with algorithm and Machine Learning model development, and hands-on experience with python (possibly also with AWS environment and tools - nice-to-have). If you are passionate about Python development, have a strong algorithmic mindset, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
