Working at the heart of onboard healthcare, you will act as a Costa culture ambassador, supporting and guiding the Hospital Team while ensuring the highest standards of medical care and full compliance.
What You Will Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for all medical matters on board, ensuring full compliance and adherence to Company standards
- Provide high-quality healthcare to crew and passengers through clinic services and on-call duties
- Manage medical cases, emergencies,
disembarkations and referrals ashore in coordination with the Chief Doctor
- Ensure full compliance with Company medical procedures and foster collaboration within the Hospital Team
- Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Act as a role model by respecting and applying Company Values, actively engaging and fostering teamwork
Who You Are
- Medical degree and relevant professional certifications
- Proven experience in clinical practice
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
