Overview

In this role you will help grow the Smart Glasses category by turning advanced tech into customer-facing value through engaging training. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, Product and Training teams across markets to drive adoption and successful launches. You will build and maintain a training ecosystem that clarifies how the technology creates value for final consumers. This position offers hands-on exposure to wearable tech, AI-driven ecosystems and collaboration with top technology partners within a global luxury eyewear business.

Responsabilità

- Deliver engaging product and technical training sessions on Smart Glasses to internal teams and Clients
- Support launches, events, roadshows and market activations with consistent learning experiences
- Create and maintain training materials, digital content, and onboarding journeys




- Collect market feedback to identify training needs and adoption barriers
- Develop expertise in Smart Glasses tech, AI features, and wearable ecosystems
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and external partners on education and GTM initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and translate insights into actions to boost knowledge and adoption

Requisiti fondamentali

- +3 years of experience in training, product education, retail education, optics, consumer electronics or related areas
- Previous experience in eyewear, wearables or consumer technology is a strong plus
- Comfortable presenting to audiences and delivering talks
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant messages
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus
