Overview

As Associate Creative Director, you will lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social and emerging media for national and international brands. You will shape the creative vision, ensuring consistency and excellence across touchpoints, and partner with Strategy, Client Services and Production to translate business challenges into impactful work. You’ll mentor junior creatives, drive quality through the project lifecycle, and stay ahead of trends with fresh, innovative thinking. This role sits in LePub’s Creative Team, offering a meaningful chance to influence high-profile brands and contribute to Publicis Groupe’s ‘Lead the Change’ mission.

Client Services and Production to translate business challenges into creative solutions
- Present and sell concepts to clients with confidence and strategic rationale
- Inspire, mentor and develop junior creatives to foster collaboration and ambition
- Drive creative quality from concept to execution
- Stay ahead of cultural, creative and industry trends with innovative thinking

Requisiti fondamentali

- 6/7 years of experience in international creative agencies
- Strong background in Art Direction or Copywriting with a standout portfolio
- Proven ability to build integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social
- Experience working with global brands and complex communication ecosystems
- Natural creative leader capable of inspiring teams and elevating work
- Excellent storytelling, presentation and client-facing skills
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Fluent in English
