Accounting Specialist

Overview

In this role you will be the finance partner for our Italian brands, safeguarding financial health and compliance while driving efficiency. You will work with local and international stakeholders to ensure accurate accounting, tax filings, and timely closes. You’ll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and group-wide projects (ERP and tool rollouts) to support growth. The opportunity combines hands-on accounting with cross-country collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilità

- Oversee the full accounting cycle ensuring accuracy (invoice posting, payments, reconciliations)
- Post Italian passive invoices and validate foreign passive invoices registrations
- Support month-end and year-end closings for accuracy and timeliness
- Handle tax compliance duties (VAT, filings) and liaise with external consultants




- Manage treasury activities (cash flow monitoring, bank accounts, payments)
- Support budgeting and forecasting with reliable financial data
- Contribute to group-wide projects (ERP system, new tools)
- Collaborate across functions and countries on finance matters

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- Prior experience working with Italian companies
- Strong technical Excel skills
- Proficient in English
