This role requires deep expertise in software engineering principles applied to AI systems, including model deployment, performance optimization, and integration with existing infrastructure. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI models meet technical and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI software components, including inference engines, model pipelines, and API integrations.
- Optimize AI models for latency, throughput, and scalability to meet real-world deployment constraints.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to translate AI models into production-ready software.
- Implement robust testing frameworks to validate AI software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and deployment processes for internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with AI software development, including frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX Runtime.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with a focus on performance-critical applications.
- Knowledge of model deployment strategies, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure components like GPUs, TPUs, and cloud-based AI services.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with API design and integration for AI services, including REST, gRPC, or GraphQL.
