As our next bKey Account Manager /b, you'll work directly with senior executives, including VPs and Directors of Marketing, Strategy, and Product, helping them uncover opportunities, and make informed decisions that shape the future of healthcare. /ppbr/ppThis is not a transactional sales role. You'll own the full client journey—from identifying opportunities and leading strategic conversations to building long-term partnerships based on trust and delivering measurable value. /ppbr/ppYou'll have the opportunity to work directly with leading healthcare organizations, including companies such as bMedtronic, Stryker, Philips, and Johnson Johnson /b, helping them make strategic decisions that impact their products, markets, and growth. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliServe as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of healthcare industry clients /liliManage and oversee the delivery of market research and consulting projects from initiation to completion /liliEnsure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagements through proactive support and strategic partnership /liliIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs /liliResponsible for bringing in new clients and driving business growth. /liliCollaborate with internal research, sales, and product teams to ensure timely,
