The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to develop in-house vision applications for the industrial inspection of the main components of eyewear products: frames and lenses. /ppThe candidate will work in a project‑based environment alongside multidisciplinary technical teams covering all domains of industrial machinery. There will be continuous collaboration with RD and engineering teams located around the world (Belgium and France in particular) to ensure global excellence in our deliverables. /ph3Main responsibilities:
/h3ulliDeveloping application for industrial inspection of frames and lenses /liliVision system design and prototyping, including hardware and optical setup definition (optics, lighting systems, and cameras) /liliDeveloping and maintaining full‑stack software tools for vision‑based inspection applications /liliDefinition of requirements and technical specifications related to human–machine interface (HMI) programming /liliInstallation, testing, and commissioning of vision systems /liliManagement of software development suppliers for industrial automation projects /liliBuilding, together with your teammates, the future of industrial inspection in the eyewear industry /liliTechnical support /li /ulh3Main requirements: /h3ulliIndustrial inspection background, in particular in defect detection, geometric inspection, presence/absence of components, optical power inspection /liliColor inspection experience is a plus /liliYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously /liliExperience in programming and software design for vision systems, with a git‑based development workflow /liliExperience in optics and lighting, applied to industrial vision systems /liliGood knowledge of industrial communication protocols (mainly Ethernet‑IP, OPC, CIP protocol) /liliYou are a flexible person,
