ppWe are looking for full‑time Client Advisors to join our Boutique in Montenapoleone /ppShe/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliProvide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage /liliAssist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony /liliDiscuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products /liliEnsure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business /liliBuild and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies /liliEstablish good group dynamics,



through efficient communication /liliContribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines /liliHelp ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise /li /ulpFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies /ph3Key Requirements /h3ulliDeep passion for fashion and luxury /liliExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companies /liliAbility to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude /liliAbility to adapt to different customers /liliTeam-playing attitude /liliAbility to work in a dynamic environment /liliFluent in english.
