ppWe are looking for a talented bJunior Associate Lawyer /b to join the bDebt Capital Markets team /b of a leading international law firm in Milan, working closely with a highly experienced Partner and advising leading financial institutions and Italian and international corporates. /p pThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of bdebt capital markets and structured finance transactions /b, working alongside senior lawyers on complex, cross-border matters. /p h3The role / The Junior Associate will be involved in: /h3 ul liDebt capital markets transactions, including bEMTN programmes and issuances /b, stand-alone bond transactions and retail offerings; /li libTender and exchange offers /b relating to debt securities; /li liPreparation and review of regulatory and transactional documentation; /li liStructured finance transactions and related legal matters; /li liFinancial regulatory and compliance issues arising in connection with capital markets transactions; /li /ul h3The ideal candidate /h3 pWe are looking for a bjunior Italian-qualified lawyer /b, ideally with b1-3 years' experience /b gained within a recognised Italian or international law firm,



with a genuine interest in bDebt Capital Markets, Banking Finance or Capital Markets /b. /p h3The candidate should have: /h3 ul liExcellent academic credentials; /li liSome previous experience in debt capital markets, banking finance or related transactional work; /li liStrong drafting and analytical skills; /li liExcellent command of bItalian and English /b, both written and spoken; /li liA commercial approach and willingness to work on sophisticated, international transactions; /li liThe ability to work effectively in a demanding, collaborative and international environment. /li /ul h3The opportunity /h3 pThis is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop a career in bDebt Capital Markets /b, working directly with an experienced Partner and gaining exposure to high-quality domestic and cross-border transactions. /p pThe role offers bsignificant responsibility from an early stage /b, strong client exposure and the opportunity to develop expertise across both transactional and regulatory aspects of the debt capital markets practice. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
