This role is critical to maintaining the precision tools, fixtures that support our shop manufacturing processes. Job Description Aero Alliance Maintenance Engineer will support within the following Maintenance and Repair activities:Support shop tool engineers to rebuild, refurbish, and restore worn or damaged fixtures to original specificationsSupport in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair activities on CNC machineryMaintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in use E-maintCoordinate the calibration of measuring instruments according to quality standardsSupport new product introductions by preparing and validating fixtures for production readinessManage tooling inventory, including storage, organization, and tracking systemsDrafting maintenance plans in coordination with the equipment manufacturerKey RequirementsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferredProven experience in a manufacturing environmentFluency in Italian and English in writing and speakingEffective communication skills for cross-functional collaborationPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologiesKnowledge of E-maint CMMS and Oracle ERP will be a plusPay Transparency Note For Candidates In ItalyPosizione / Position: Aero Alliance Avenza Maintenance EngineerLivello di Inquadramento / Management Level: PBTra € 31.800.00 e € 47.700.00 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidatoThe pay range for this position: Between € 31,800.00 and € 47,700.00 gross per annum.
