Now, we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Corso Buenos Aires, Milan, store.
Your Mission
As Store Manager, you will lead the store strategically and operationally, driving team growth, performance, customer experience, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Expertise: a results-driven salesperson with a strong focus on driving sales and achieving commercial goals.
- Customer orientation: committed to building customer relationships, fostering loyalty, and keeping the client at the center.
- Market Vision & KPI Focus: use market insights and KPIs to make proactive decisions that increase revenue, enhance store performance, and support overall business success.
- Operational Excellence: ensure daily store operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: motivate and inspire a high-performing team, while leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
What We’re Looking For
● Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
● Background in high-turnover retail with a strong commercial focus, preferably in men’s fashion in the premium or entry-to-luxury segment.
● Strong skills in visual merchandising, stock management, commercial planning, and P&L; oversight
● Experience with store openings or strategic refurbishments is a plus
● A true passion or strong affinity for the world of fashion
