Overview

In this role you drive scientific engagement with Medical Experts, implement clinical and educational strategies, and deliver on sales targets within a remote Italy setting. You’ll support clinical research, manage key accounts, and shape engagement plans aligned with country strategy. You act as a bridge between medical insights and commercial objectives, advancing patient care through collaboration with Eye Care Professionals and cross-functional teams. You’ll be Alcon’s ambassador, fostering trust and delivering value to key accounts.

Responsabilità

- Drive scientific engagement with Medical Experts and implement clinical and educational strategies
- Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries and educate Medical Experts on medical/scientific information
- Develop and execute Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with country strategy
- Support clinical research programs and optimize trial execution, including Investigator Initiated Trial process




- Establish and implement a sales/business plan for designated client base and develop customer development strategy
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and propose solutions meeting their needs
- Lead preparation of strategies and tactical plans and provide input on future programs for accounts
- Prepare and negotiate contracts targeting specific accounts
- Analyze market situations and conduct competitive intelligence on key accounts and competitors
- Map stakeholders and provide accurate data for Alcon CRM system
- Perform consulting in clinical/commercial contexts and adapt actions to each situation
- Train and advise Eye Care Professionals on technical (contactology and ocular health) and commercial levels
- Provide feedback to multidisciplinary teams to improve customer experience
- Record and save information on platforms/tools
- Be Alcon’s ambassador defending company values
